Reader Rabbit's Complete Learn to Read System is a 2-CD compilation and learning material box set that was released in 1999 by The Learning Company. It is designed to help 3-7 year old children learn to read.

- The book that the kid is reading on the cover is One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish by Dr. Seuss.
- The UK and French versions replace the Classic Tales CD with the Living Books CD-ROM "The Tortoise and the Hare". This is due to Reader Rabbit's Reading Development Library 2 not being re-dubbed in the UK or France. Also, the second CD included in the Dutch version is unknown.
- The picture of Reader on the Alphabet poster is from the 1998 version of Reader Rabbit Reading Ages 6-9.
- Although the US box art shows a yellow parents guide and a green workbook, they are both blue in the actual set. Additionally, the box shows the books with black binding on the spines which they do not have in the actual set.
- The French box art shows the workbook in orange instead of green.
- The French and Dutch covers use the same cover artwork as the Personalized version of Reader Rabbit Kindergarten.
- The US version has seven storybooks, one for each unit, whereas the UK, French, and Dutch versions only have two.
