  2. Ben's Rhyme Time - This activity appears in the second segment of each Reading Land. Players stack food items on top of each other by rhyming words to make a sandwich.
  3. Silly Syllables - This activity appears in the third segment of each Reading Land. Players put syllables on stage in the correct order to make words.
  4. Buster's Word Bridge - This activity is unlocked at the end of each unit after every book and activity in the associated Reading Land is finished. Players rebuild a rickety bridge to help Reader Rabbit, Sam, and Mat cross it by completing sentences with the correct words.

Additionally, all stages have a Storybook activity with two books each, one red and one blue.

Trivia[]

  • This is the first Reader Rabbit game to have a full 640x480 screen resolution, as opposed to the 512x384 resolution used in other games prior to this one.
  • This is the first Reader Rabbit game to have credits at the end after completion.
  • This is also the last unique Reader Rabbit game where Reader has his mid-1990s design.
  • Although the 1997 cover art has Reader in his usual red and blue striped sweatshirt from the late 1990s, his in-game appearance remains the same as that in the first version.
  • Like in Reader Rabbit's Interactive Reading Journey, the pictures on the right pages in books will color in when clicked on. Unlike in the said game, however, pictures already colored in after having been clicked once will turn black and white when clicked again, and vice versa.
  • In the opening sequence and some of the books, Reader's nose is pink instead of black.
  • Unlike its predecessor, Reader appears in the books in this game.
  • This is the last Reader Rabbit game to come in a digipack case. All future releases would come in jewel cases.
  • Clicking on each bridge, except for the bridge connecting Cactus Canyon and Utopian Valley, plays a long version of the theme of the island at the end of the bridge. For the aforementioned bridge, it plays Cactus Canyon, meaning that both bridges leading to and from Cactus Canyon play its long theme.

Goofs[]

  • On the help button, Mat's dress is purple instead of blue. This is also the case with the previous Interactive Reading Journey.
