Reader Rabbit: High Flying Act is an interactive storybook released by Riverdeep Interactive Learning for Leapfrog's LeapPad Learning System as part of the Leapfrog Phonics Reading Series. The book consists of digraphs, word families, and consonant blends and is made up of twenty-four pages with optional minigames which require the user to choose the correct letter sounds. It was also released in CD-ROM format by The Learning Company in 2005 as one of the programs bundled in the Reader Rabbit Reading Learning System CD pack for Windows and Macintosh.
The e-book was re-released as a digital download by Encore Software on November 5, 2020 for Windows 7 and above.[1][2]
Plot[]
Reader Rabbit and Sam the Lion go to the Wordville fair. As they are performing Reader's high flying act in a circus tent, the plank breaks, so Reader and Sam go to look for a new one. Captain Ratbeard has a plank, but is only willing to give it in exchange for prizes from the fair.
