Reader Rabbit: Sing-A-Song Adventures is a video released on VCD by Mattel Interactive Entertainment and TLC Entertainment in 1999. It was then released on VHS by 2000. The video was never released on DVD.
The video format is NTSC Standard and the length of the video is approximately 22 minutes. The setting is in Reader Rabbit's All You Can Eat Musical ABC Diner. The video consists of a compilation of songs (some of them abridged due to time constraints) directly from the games played on a jukebox. As a song plays, video clips of the games are played in time to the lyrics with subtitles to allow viewers to join in the song.

- The cover image is the same as that of Reader Rabbit: Playtime for Baby, except Reader holds a microphone rather than a bubble wand and the letters and numbers in the bubbles are replaced with music notes.
