Summary[]

Reader Rabbit and Sam the Lion are getting ready for story time in Wordville. When they open Reader's book, they discover that words are missing and have been stolen by the Pirats. They go around town to search for the stolen words, which their friends help them find. All the words Reader and Sam find come together to make a sentence: "Can Sam help us pick this lock?", which was from the Pirats, who are asking Reader and Sam to help them open their treasure chest. Sam uses one of his claws to pick the lock open, the Pirats receive their treasure from the chest, and Reader can read his book again.
